Scope of Services

 

The services provided by RMR Shimmer Services Corp include cleaning of offices, residential areas, and other commercial facilities as agreed upon with the client. Any additional requests or services outside the original scope must be discussed and agreed upon by both parties, which may involve adjustments to the cost and scheduling of services.

 


Workplace Safety

  • All services will be performed in accordance with established safety protocols. Our employees are trained to handle cleaning equipment and products safely.

  • The client must ensure that areas to be serviced are free of obstacles that may pose a risk to the safety of employees.

Use of Products and Equipment

 

  • RMR Shimmer Services Corp will use cleaning products and equipment that are safe for the environment and appropriate for the surfaces being treated.

​

  • If the client has preferences regarding the use of specific products, they must notify us in advance so we can make the necessary adjustments, provided they align with safety and efficiency regulations.

Payment and Billing

​

  • The costs of services will be agreed upon between both parties and reflected in the service contract.

​

  • Payment must be made according to the terms specified in the contract. Late payments may be subject to additional charges as agreed in the terms and conditions.

Client Satisfaction

​

  • RMR Shimmer Services Corp is committed to delivering services that meet the agreed quality standards. If the client is not satisfied with the results of the service, they must communicate this within a reasonable timeframe so we can review the situation and, if necessary, correct the work at no additional cost.

 

Cancellation and Rescheduling of Services

​

  • If the client needs to cancel or reschedule a service, they must do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid additional charges.

​

  • Last-minute cancellations or changes may incur a fee due to the loss of our employees’ time.

 

Modifications to the Contract

​

  • RMR Shimmer Services Corp and the client may agree to changes in the scope of services through an amendment to the original contract. Any modifications must be documented in writing and signed by both parties.

Access to Facilities

​

  • The client must provide timely access to the areas requiring cleaning and ensure there are no interferences or restrictions during the agreed-upon work schedule.

  • If the client is unable to provide access at the agreed time, they must notify us in advance to reschedule the appointment. If access is not granted without prior notice, additional charges may apply.

 

Responsibility for Damages

 

  • RMR Shimmer Services Corp is committed to performing services with the utmost care and responsibility. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damages to the facilities, furniture, or equipment that may already be deteriorated.

  • If damage occurs directly as a result of our employee’s negligence, we will resolve the situation fairly, based on the terms previously outlined in the contract.

 

Confidentiality and Privacy

​

  • RMR Shimmer Services Corp is committed to respecting the privacy of our clients. All personal information, including contact details, will be treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties without the explicit consent of the client.

  • If our employees need access to private documents or areas, prior authorization from the client will always be requested.
